Our hours of business: our office is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays upon prior appointment or in case of an emergency.

Our fees: We will tell you if we think we can help you and what you should do next. We will explain how much our services will cost and any other charges which may be necessary. If you qualify for community funding (formerly Legal Aid), we will tell you and apply on your behalf, in order to provide a free service to you.

Our location: this link will show our office location in a new window. We are about 200m from Whitechapel underground station and on the opposite side of the road. Our offices are on the first and second floors; when you arrange your appointment, please tell us if you are likely to have difficulties in climbing stairs.
